Megan is wearing: Suit - Primark, all together £31  Shirt - Primark, £9  Loafers - ALDO, £36  Bag - Marc By Marc Jacobs
Chelsey is wearing: Coat - Charity shop  Tshirt - Primark, £6  Leather Trousers - H&M, £24.99  Trainers - ASOS, £25  Bag - Zara, Sale £10

Can you tell we're cold in this post? Yes the British weather has finally broken us, wrapped up in scarves, piling on the vests that create new curves and bringing out the trusty insulating leather trousers we still shivered our way through these ootd pics. Shivering wasn't only induced by the weather, Chelsey shivered as she stood as a supporting spectator to Megatrons new tattoos. Her latest additions included a beautiful scripted serendipity on the inside of her upper arm and a small daisy that her sister drew on her ribs, Megan is truly made of steel...the girl did not flinch!

It was my 22nd birthday on Thursday (16th Jan) and i spent the day shopping in Birmingham and then went on to watch my little sister and her choir sing at the LG arena together as the Young Voices Choir. It was a lovely day but Birmingham shopping was a bit weak, i think its due to the sales ending and the new collections not really being in stores yet, Im not a massive sales person i hate shopping in mess haha. I took a few pictures but as i didn't take my Big Canon they aren't the best.

Skirt - Topshop, £36. T-Shirt - eBay, £8
Both Dresses - Zara Both sale £15.
Trousers - Zara, £12 sale. T-shirt - River Island, £18.
Chanel Nail Polish - £18
River Island - £65
The banner my little sister (Left) and her friend held for me (Too Cute).

Today, we churned out an abundance of pictures that included clothes that needed a new home however looking back the lighting was all wrong and the white balance was very unbalanced. So we had a tantrum and went back to the drawing board...with a bit of luck we'll be selling the washed out beauties on ebay very soon.

For our ootd we decided to revisit an old haunt, the location sits behind the house and village that  chelsey grew up in. Watermead is such an easy place to take pictures, we've taken many a picture here for past college projects...its easy on the eye.

Winter has definitely established its presence on our wardrobe, its one of our favourite seasons however we always fail to remember just how chilly it is without all the layers.  Layering is key kids!! pull out the knits, thick tights, long johns and scarves because we've already lost the feeling in our toes. However its not all doom and gloom winters an opportunity to play around with textures and santa&the birthday fairies are on there way!

When we started this blog we had intentions of it being the sidecar to our motorbike (uni), but until this post we've failed to really get the motorbike out of the garage and the sidecars been freewheeling. So we're working towards completing a foundation degree in fashion and costume, at first we thought a foundation degree sounded a bit of a cop out compared to a straight forward degree, however it really isn't... in our opinion its a cheaper alternative to being in a class of 30+ people. We're in a class of 11 and we get smothered by our tutor, the tutor and other teachers are passionate, supportive and a wee bit loopy. For our first module we've been working on a project with George, Asda which is a massive opportunity because we never expected to be working closely with industry so soon. we've been given a brief to design a collection for spring/summer 14 our sundae girl trend is based on a pastel palette with plenty of floral's and gingham.

Thanks to our project pastels and gingham have been the centre of our world and for this post the centre of our wardrobe...
